Keep it Simple

Sometimes I make quilting too complicated. I think I have to use a complicated pattern and spend hours cutting and piecing fabric to get a stunning quilt.

That’s why I love receiving quilt tops from one of my favorite customers, Laura.

She reminds me that all you need is beautiful fabric, a theme that fits the receiver, and a lovely pantograph design. (Laura is also great at picking out new panto designs.)

Her projects helped me fall in love with longarming. Longarming makes a simple project beautiful. In fact, the pantographs show up more clearly on simple designs and large solid blocks.

You don’t have to spend hours and hours to make a quilt someone will cherish. Let me longarm your simple quilt top and be amazed.
